Does the Read Dead game of the Year include undead nightmare and all the DLC on the disc? IF so is the game, manual & map in very good to better condition?

If that's a yes to all the above how does £15 ppg sound?

Everything is mint, and all DLC is on the disc and doesnt require any codes. But looking for a little closer to asking as only had for just over a week from new.
