2rd gen 8GB ipod touch + cash for a good battery life netbook

Hi, I have a 3rd gen ipod touch (no back camera) bought this feb normal tear and wear marks at the back and come with a leather case, usb cable, headphone, original case. And I would like trade that for a good battery life (at least 2hrs) netbook in good condition. I would like to pay some cash as well. the netbook should come with a windows system and preferred bands are dell, acer, asus, compaq. any offer?

that's not 3rd gen only 32 and 64gb are 3rd gen 8 and 16 are all 2nd gen
